This policy explains how Meservey Consulting LLC works with investors, including overseas investors who are considering opportunities in Eritrea and the region.

All investments carry risk, including loss of capital. Past performance is no guide to future results, and we do not guarantee returns, growth, or the success of any project.

4. Know your client and due diligence

We may ask investors for identity, ownership, and source-of-funds information before starting work. We may decline or end a relationship if information is incomplete or cannot be verified.

5. Anti-money-laundering and sanctions

We comply with applicable anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, and sanctions laws. We do not work with sanctioned persons or with funds from unlawful sources.

6. No upfront fees for funding

We do not ask investors or borrowers to pay fees in order to receive or release funding. Our fees are for consulting work, agreed in writing before it begins.

7. Conflicts of interest

We identify and manage conflicts of interest, and will tell you if we have a relationship that could affect our advice.

8. Confidentiality

Investor information is kept confidential and shared only with your consent, with parties you authorise, or where the law requires. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

9. Independent advice

We encourage investors to take their own legal, tax, and financial advice, particularly for cross-border investments.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, write to us at the address below. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and respond in writing.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
